What eBirsey does
eBirsey is a booking platform that connects homeowners in the Las Vegas Valley with a licensed, bonded, and insured third-party HVAC technician. eBirsey does not itself perform AC repairs.
Pricing
Flat-rate prices listed on this site apply to standard residential split systems in typical configurations. Your technician will confirm the exact price on-site before beginning work; unusual system configurations may require a separate quote.
Diagnostic fee
A $79.99 diagnostic fee applies to service visits. This fee is waived in full if you approve a repair during the same visit; it applies as a standalone charge if you decline all recommended repairs.
Booking and cancellation
Booking requests submitted through this site are confirmed by phone. You may cancel or reschedule by calling 702-335-7141.
Liability
Repair work is performed by an independent, licensed contractor. eBirsey facilitates scheduling but is not itself the party performing repair work.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of this site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
